Expiration/Expiry
The date and time at which a bet will close. Expiration occurs daily for daily bets or the 3rd Friday of the month for some monthly and quarterly contracts – see the spreadbetting firm’s Market Information Sheet (or equivalent) for full details of all contracts expiry dates and times. On Expiration all bets are settled at the relevant closing price at the time specified in the Market Information Sheet.
